Unworn, unwashed, original hang tagged items can be returned for refund, exchange or credit:

Online Orders:
Here are the steps to return/exchange an item:
- Please use the Return Request form within 7 days of receiving your item. Form can be found at the bottom of the page
- We'll get back to you with shipping info
- Option a) we will provide a return shipping link via Canada Post. Follow the steps to print off a return label. **Shipping fee will be deducted from your refund **
- Option b) directly pay for your own return shipping with your preferred courier. Full refund will be applied once item(s) arrive in original condition.
- Send us your item(s) within 14 days of contacting us
- When we receive it, we'll refund you or mail off the replacement
Shipping Details
A copy of the packing slip/invoice (included inside the package of every shipment) & return authorization request must accompany all returns.
Other Details
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund. Sorry.
- Shipping & handling costs are non-refundable. We do not accept COD returns.
Did we mess up?
If we’ve shipped you the wrong item in error (the item you received does not match your order invoice), we will ship your new item for free. Simply fill out the Return Authorization Request Form explaining the error. Once your returned item arrives back to our home base, your new item will be shipped to you for free**.
