Returns & Exchanges
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the item as long as:
- Item hasn’t been worn (to the bar, on a date, etc.),
- And the tags are still on it and in the condition you received it
Here are the steps to return/exchange an item:
- Contact us (email or phone) and let us know which item(s) you want to return or exchange for a different size of
- We'll get back to you with shipping info,
- Send us your item(s)
- When we receive it, we'll refund you or mail off the replacement
A copy of the packing slip/invoice (included inside the package of every shipment) & return authorization request must accompany all returns.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund. Sorry.
- Shipping & handling costs are non-refundable. We do not accept COD returns.
Did we mess up?
If we’ve has shipped you the wrong item in error (the item you received does not match your order invoice), we will ship your new item for free. Simply fill out the Return Authorization Request Form explaining the error. Once your returned item arrives back to our home base, your new item will be shipped to you for free**.
